Paul J. Pineider CPA
Managing Partner
Paul Pineider received his BS from Arizona State University, he has been in accounting practice his entire professional career. Paul joined the firm in 1999 and is currently the managing partner.
Paul is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s, Fort Worth Chapter, and the American Institute of CPA’s. Paul has extensive experience in many areas of practice and worked in wholesaling, manufacturing and distribution prior to joining the firm.
Paul is actively involved with local non-profit entities and serves as a professional advisor to several local boards.
W. Gary Dunlap CPA
Of Counsel
Gary Dunlap received his BBA from TCU and has been a CPA in public practice continuously in his professional career. Gary was formerly employed in Fort Worth, Texas by KPMG, an international CPA Firm and worked in both their audit and tax divisions. In 1985, Gary opened his own CPA firm in Keller, Texas. In January, 2004 the firm of W.Gary Dunlap CPA merged with the firm of Pineider, Ford and Associates, PLLC. Gary is a principal in the new combined company and manages the Keller office for the expanded firm.
Gary has been a member of the American, Texas, and Fort Worth chapter of CPA’s since 1977. He previously has served as chairman of the real estate tax
committee of the Texas Society of CPA’s and currently is serving on its Texas State Taxation Conference committee.Gary has worked with clients in an extensive list of industries, including real estate and oil and gas taxation over the years. In 2012 Gary received the IFRS Certificate of Achievement which is awarded in international accounting by the American Institute of CPA’s.
Gary was recognized as a 2010, 2011, and 2012 Texas Monthly Five Star Wealth Manager. This recognition is received from the results of an independent third party survey conducted of high net worth individuals, and is awarded to only 7 percent of the financial professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
John Dorety CPA
Principal
John received his BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. His first assignment out of college was with Arthur Young & Company. In 1987 he became a partner in Quinn-Dorety CPA’s, in Grapevine. John, left Quinn-Dorety to go into practice by as a sole practitioner, and then in 2007 merged his practice in with Pineider Ford & Associates.

Michael D. Dunlap CPA
Principal
Michael D. Dunlap, CPA has been a licensed Texas CPA since 1987. He also holds the CGMA designation and has passed the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) exam.
Mike was born in Port Arthur, Texas but spent most of his childhood in Longview, Texas. He attended Kilgore College for one year then received his BBA in Accounting from Abilene Christian University in 1980.
Mike’s experience has predominately been in public accounting, spending some time as an auditor but mostly as a tax accountant. His areas of experience include farming and ranching, oil and gas, construction, small business consulting and tax planning. Mike owned his own firm in Midland, Texas where he handled many oil & gas and business consulting engagements.
Mike’s passion is to provide quality accounting and tax services to his clients, with an emphasis on helping business owners make sense of the numbers.
His hobbies include music, playing the guitar, travel, golf and fishing.
