Paul J. Pineider CPA
Managing Partner
Paul Pineider received his BS from Arizona State University, he has been in accounting practice his entire professional career. Paul joined the firm in 1999 and is currently the managing partner.

Paul is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s, Fort Worth Chapter, and the American Institute of CPA’s. Paul has extensive experience in many areas of practice and worked in wholesaling, manufacturing and distribution prior to joining the firm.

Paul is actively involved with local non-profit entities and serves as a professional advisor to several local boards.

Michael D. Dunlap CPA
Principal
Michael D. Dunlap, CPA has been a licensed Texas CPA since 1987. He also holds the CGMA designation and has passed the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) exam.
Mike was born in Port Arthur, Texas but spent most of his childhood in Longview, Texas. He attended Kilgore College for one year then received his BBA in Accounting from Abilene Christian University in 1980.
Mike’s experience has predominately been in public accounting, spending some time as an auditor but mostly as a tax accountant. His areas of experience include farming and ranching, oil and gas, construction, small business consulting and tax planning. Mike owned his own firm in Midland, Texas where he handled many oil & gas and business consulting engagements.
Mike’s passion is to provide quality accounting and tax services to his clients, with an emphasis on helping business owners make sense of the numbers.
His hobbies include music, playing the guitar, travel, golf and fishing.
